We are pleased to announce that the research results of the CRC MARIE were honored with the VDE ITG Prize at the VDE Capital Forum 2025 in Berlin. The award recognizes the paper “An 8 × 8 MIMO Radar System Utilizing Cascadable Transceiver MMICs With On-Chip Antennas at 240 GHz”, which presents key results achieved within the CRC MARIE.

The CRC MARIE congratulates the authors Jonathan Bott, Muhammed Ali Yildirim, Benedikt Sievert, Florian Vogelsang, Tobias Welling, Philipp Konze, Daniel Erni, Andreas Rennings, and Nils Pohl on this achievement and acknowledges their valuable scientific contributions.
